Gegen diese Verfügung kann gemäss Art 76 ff. der Stadtverfassung innert 30 Tagen seit dieser Publikation beim Gemeinderat der Stadt Thun, Rathaus, Postfach 145, 3600 Thun, Beschwerde erhoben werden.

Eine allfällige Beschwerde muss einen Antrag, die Angabe von Tatsachen und Beweismitteln, eine Begründung sowie eine Unterschrift enthalten; eine Kopie dieser Publikation und andere greifbare Beweismittel sind beizulegen.
